I'm crazy for these dangly bracelets with a little tassels, and I'm really crazy about how super easy they were to make!  They are just right to throw on with a t-shirt and jeans.  Plus, you'd never believe they're made with PattieWack™ Shrink Plastic, either.  They positively look like clear glass until you touch them, which is so cool.  And don't forget, you can make a dozen with just one sheet of shrink plastic.
