You can make the cutest little pompom banner out of bakers twine and yarn, with the PattieWack™ Mini Pom-Pom Maker. Simply wind black yarn around the third section of the tool for a 1-1/2" pom-pom. Add bakers twine by winding 4 times around the tool, on top of the yarn. Tie the center of the pom-pom with yarn, cut the sides of the pom-pom to release.
