Father’s Day is coming up, and I thought it would be fun to send my Dad a burlap banner made with washers, burlap fabric and glue.  Even if your Dad has everything he needs, he can always use a reminder that he’s loved, right?

There's nothing more fun than hitting the open road with the windows down, the music up, and a good ol' paper map in your hand, guiding the way! But after the road trip, what do you do with the map? Why not permanently seal the memory with a beautiful glass platter with the map decoupaged as a sentimental keepsake!

Farmhouse signs are the home dec trend right now, and sometimes a little pricey.  So why not try this DIY project. Plus, if you want to personalize it, this project is perfect!  It's great for outdoors, but would also look great inside or on the front door.  Here's how!

 Inspired by all the crazy Candy Crush talk in my family and at the office, I made this colorful and sparkly bag!

When you have that ugly chair, and don't know what to do with it.... here's a solution. Reupholster it in burlap and personalize it with a painted monogram for a charming NEW chair! 

Here's a cute little card for the kids to make on a rainy day.  They will have fun drawing the stick figure, and making a fan that turns into an umbrella! Gather your supplies of paper in raindrop colors.   Cut and fold card in half. Cut paper for umbrella and fold into 1/2" pleats. Apply glue to one edge of the pleats.   Fold in half and glue together to form the fan/umbrella.   Glue umbrella into crease of card.   Draw a stick figure hold an umbrella handle.  Cut out.   Apply glue to back of stick figure cut-out....
